Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we handle your data across Acadily’s website, products and Facebook integrations.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Acadily (Acadily), a digital marketing and software development company based in Chandigarh, India. It covers information we collect through:

  • Our website at www.acadily.com
  • Our learning / CRM platform at lms.acadily.com (Acadily LMS)
  • Related services we operate for clients, including Facebook / Meta Instant Form lead capture connected to Acadily LMS

When we say “you”, we mean website visitors, enquiry contacts, LMS users (staff or students), and people who submit a Facebook Instant Form that is connected to Acadily LMS.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and enquiry details — name, email, phone number, company/organisation, message or project details when you submit a form, request a consultation, or contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • LMS account and usage data — login identity, role, course or lead records, and activity needed to provide the LMS to our customers and their authorised users.
  • Facebook / Meta Instant Form leads — when a business connects their Facebook Page to Acadily LMS, Meta may share lead answers they collected on an Instant Form (for example name, email, phone, city, and other questions on that form). We receive this only after the Page admin authorises our Meta app (“AcadilyLMS”) and only for Pages they connect.
  • Technical / analytics data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar diagnostics or analytics used to operate and improve our sites.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and deliver our digital services
  • Operate Acadily LMS for our customers (including storing and managing leads and student/staff records)
  • Import leads from Facebook Instant Forms into the correct LMS company account when a Page is connected
  • Improve our website, products and support
  • Send service or marketing updates only where appropriate and permitted
  • Meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Facebook / Meta integration (AcadilyLMS)

Acadily provides a Meta application named AcadilyLMS so customers can connect their own Facebook Page and Instant Forms to Acadily LMS. In that flow we may request permissions needed to:

  • Let an authorised Facebook user log in and choose their Page and Instant Form
  • Receive Instant Form submissions (leadgen) via Meta webhooks
  • Retrieve lead field answers through Meta’s Graph API

Lead data received from Meta is stored in Acadily LMS for the customer (tenant) that connected that Page. That customer is responsible for how they use leads under their own policies and applicable law. We use Meta data only to provide this integration and related support — not for unrelated advertising by Acadily.

You can disconnect a Page from Acadily LMS at any time. You may also remove the app’s access from Facebook’s settings for apps and websites. Meta’s own practices are described in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data sharing

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who help us host, secure, email or analyse our services (under appropriate confidentiality arrangements)
  • Meta Platforms, when you use Facebook Login or Instant Forms connected to Acadily LMS
  • Our LMS customers, when the data belongs to their account (for example a lead submitted on their Instant Form)
  • Authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example while an enquiry is active, while an LMS customer account is active, or as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.

7. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information (including access controls and encrypted connections where appropriate). No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask questions about how we process it. Contact us at sales@acadily.com. If your data was submitted through a client’s Facebook Instant Form or LMS account, we may need to involve that customer to fulfil your request.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and LMS are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for AcadilyLMS Facebook integrations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
